PROGRAM/SERVICE

Lisa Renee Johnson (the “Company”) agrees to provide various digital courses and programs (the “Program”) as identified at the time of purchase. By participating in any Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

As part of the Program, the Company shall provide the following:

• Password Protected Program Area: Access to video, audio, and written lessons, templates, worksheets, checklists, slide decks, and other training materials. Access is guaranteed for no less than 30 days. If the Company plans to close the Program Area, a 30-day notice will be given.

• Bonuses: Bonuses may be offered periodically. You are entitled to any bonuses offered at the time of your enrollment. Bonuses are not guaranteed to be available for the entire lifespan of the program and they vary depending on specific live and automated promotions throughout the year.

The Company’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are incorporated by reference. The Company and its representatives are not acting as employees, agents, lawyers, doctors, managers, therapists, public relations or business managers, dieticians, financial analysts, psychotherapists, or accountants. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

FEES

You agree to pay the fees as indicated at the time of purchase. Payment plans, if available, will be outlined at the time of purchase. If you opt for a payment plan, your selected payment method will be automatically charged according to the agreed schedule.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

By selecting a payment plan, you authorize the Company to charge your credit or debit card automatically. If all eligible payment methods are declined, you must provide a new payment method promptly to avoid losing access to the Program.

REFUND POLICY

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. To qualify, you must submit proof that you completed the coursework and it did not work for you. Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of enrollment, along with your coursework, to info@lisareneejohnson.com.

No refunds will be granted after 30 days from the purchase date. If you opted for a payment plan and do not request a refund within 30 days, you must complete the remaining payments. Refunds will terminate your access to all Program materials.

All content in the Program is the property of Lisa Renee Johnson and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Program for personal use only. Unauthorized use or distribution of any Program materials is prohibited.
